[1] Returns Eligibility

You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. Exceptions can be made – email us to discuss your situation and we may be able to help.

[2] How to Return

Email life@thewhitestudio.life with your order number and reason for return. Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked service.

[3] Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on: – Hand grip aids or opened/used products – or any items marked “non-returnable” (e.g. clearance or final-sale items)

[4] Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, notify us within 7 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label or refund your postage costs and send a replacement or refund.

[5] Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 working days of receiving your return.

[6] Exchanges

For exchanges, please contact us by email to check stock and arrange your return.
