Whether you’re coming to us for strength, flow, or exercise, every class is designed to challenge, support, and inspire you through fun activities.

The fastest-growing sport in the world, pole fitness combines cardio, strength, endurance, and flow. Anyone can start — age, size, or fitness level is no barrier. Challenges are real but achievable, and the supportive community makes it as nourishing for the soul as it is for the body.

Levels: Both White Studio venues offer classes at all levels, from beginner to advanced, taught by appropriately-trained instructors.

Studio Equipment: Competition-standard 45mm chrome poles. Brass & other diameter-size poles are available for use – please ask the studio.

Pole Fitness

Aerial hoop is a graceful art that blends beautiful poses with serious strength and flexibility training.

Levels: Both White Studio venues offer classes at all levels, from beginner to advanced, taught by appropriately-trained instructors.

Studio Equipment: Professionally rigged hoops (thermal-coated, not taped) in a range of sizes to suit all body types.

Aerial Hoops

Though hammock-like in appearance, slings are a strength-and-flow discipline rooted in circus arts. Using fabric rigged as a hammock, you’ll learn tricks, sequences, and transitions while building upper body strength and flexibility.

Levels: Both White Studio venues offer classes at all levels, from beginner to advanced, taught by appropriately-trained instructors.

Studio Equipment: The fabric is rigged as a hammock to the ceiling via a swivel, carabiner or Rescue 8.

Aerial Slings (Hammocks)

A circus-born art using two swathes of fabric rigged from the ceiling. Students climb, wrap, and perform transitions using both fabric support and body strength. Silks differ from slings
in both rigging and fabric (less stretchy, wider).

Levels: Both White Studio venues offer classes at all levels, from beginner to advanced, taught by appropriately-trained instructors.

Studio Equipment: Two ‘posts’ of fabric hanging from a rigging point, swivelling or static.

Aerial Silks

A unique class in the aerial art world, “polks” has been further developed at our studio. Polks fuses pole and silks and at our studio a bespoke clamp attaches silks to the pole, allowing the fabric to flow with the pole in spin mode. Expect a dynamic,
high-energy class combining the best of both disciplines.

Levels: Both White Studio venues offer classes at all levels, from beginner to advanced, taught by appropriately-trained instructors. Prior experience in pole and/or fabrics is recommended.

Studio Equipment: Silks attach to the device clamped to the top of the pole and come down to the floor in one or two ‘posts’ (long swathes of fabric).

Polks (Pole + Silks)

Using yoga wheels, resistance bands, and foam rollers, these classes explore balance, active and passive flexibility, and mobility strength. Bespoke yoga wheels are provided (students are welcome to bring their own). Variations are always offered to meet you where you are on your flexibility journey.

Levels: Both White Studio venues offer classes at all levels, from beginner to advanced, taught by appropriately-trained instructors.

Studio Equipment: We use our own bespoke yoga wheels; students are welcome to bring their own. Other equipment items include resistance bands and foam rollers (provided in studio).
